Have you wanted to fish the high alpine lakes and secret creeks of Rocky Mountain National Park? Does carrying a heavy pack full of supplies sound too strenuous for you? Well, we have the perfect solution, let the llamas carry the load! This summer we are adding Llama packing trips in Rocky Mountain National Park to our growing list of adventures and expeditions. This trip isn’t just for teens and adolescents either! Have you been dreaming of going on one of our thrilling backcountry expeditions? Dream no more because we are offering the trip of a lifetime from September 14-17. Enjoy hiking deep into the secluded backcountry of RMNP for four days carrying only your day pack, catch plenty of colorful cutthroat trout in remote corners of the park, and close out each day with a gourmet backcountry dinner around the fire. And most importantly you won’t work too hard carrying any of the supplies! Fall is the perfect time to be in the park. The aspen trees will be turning amazing shades of yellow, red, and orange, and the trout will be trying to fatten up before winter. We will set up camp, prepare all of the meals, and provide fly fishing guidance, so you can focus on having the time of your life! We can even arrange for you to float fish the Colorado River at the end of your trip. This trip can only take up to 6 people, which is the perfect size for a family adventure, or for a group of friends looking to get away from it all! This specific trip will be visiting one of the more unique fishing locations in the park. The two lakes at which we will be camped offer something for every angler. Smaller, but eager trout are abundant in the first lake, while the second lake is host to some of the largest trout found anywhere in RMNP! This amazing trip is sure to be popular, and is an absolute steal at $1,200 per person, so make your arrangements now before somebody else snaps up this opportunity! Click here for trip details.
